Q: Do you have a minimum order size?

A: Yes.  In order to provide reasonable prices to our customers, we ask that you order at least $300 of product for your first order, $200 for each subsequent order, $750 to receive free freight to the following states: AL, AR, CT, DE, DC, FL, GA, IL, IN, IA, KS, KY, LA, ME, MD, MA, MI, MN, MS, MO, NE, NH, NJ, NY, NC, ND, OH, OK, PA, RI, SC, SD, TN, VT, VA, WV, and WI. A 10% freight charge will be applied to orders shipping to AZ, CA, CO, ID, MT, NV, NM, OR, TX, UT, WA, and WY over $750, lesser totals will result in a 20% freight fee.

Q: Can I buy product from Great Lakes Select?

A: We are a wholesaler and do not sell to the general public.  If you are a consumer and are interested in buying our products, please contact our sales department and we will be happy to provide you the name and address of a retailer in your area.  To buy from Great Lakes Select, you must be a wholesaler or a retailer with a resale number.

Q: Where can I see Great Lakes Select's products?

A: Our products can be viewed in our online catalog or contact our sales department to arrange a visit to our showroom in Grand Rapids or our booth at an industry tradeshow.

Q: Why doesn't your website show any prices?

A: Because we do not sell to the general public, we do not publish our wholesale prices on our website.   If you have a Great Lakes Select Customer Number, you can register and login to view pricing.   To get a Customer Number or a copy of our current catalog mailed to you, please contact our sales department.

Q: How do you ship orders?

A: All orders from Great Lakes Select are drop-shipped, orders of $750 or greater will not be required to pay for freight charges when shipped to the above designated states.

Q: Can I transmit my order to you electronically?

A: Yes.  We can accept orders in Excel format or text files (from barcode scanners).  We can implement EDI/XML interfaces if a customer consistently purchases a high volume of product.
